Had Mirena fitted six weeks ago. First three days were agony (got checked out day two and still place so went with it and it did calm down). Been light spotting ever since which I know can happen, plus what I think were two very light (yay, that's why I had it fitted) periods but at the tail end of period these last two days I felt a real tenderness/pressure on my ovary (only have one due to surgery) and now suddenly in the bathroom I passed a massive clot and the tenderness is gone completely.
What the fuck was it? A cyst or something? I had a scan prior to fitting as the reason I had the other ovary removed was a tumour so they wanted to check there was nothing amiss. Can this happen with mirena? I am so worried and freaked out. I don't want another tumour.
