Flipping Facebook - how can you actually complain to these dingbats?

I saw a message on my account - it was pretty horrible.

Basically photos of a child refugee with a baby and toddler (supposedly from the BBC website).

The message next to it said something along the lines of ‘this kid is 14 had a 2 year old and a baby - her husband is 56, he has 6 wives and 18 children...’

So I thought I was reading something about pedophilia, forced marriages, children having babies with disgusting old men... but no.

The poster was saying ‘we don’t want this sort as refugees here‘ (India) and people were agreeing...

I use this account for work so there are always some oddbods popping up and I always ignore but this one just made my stomach lurch.

I complained to faceache and they said that it was fine and I should engage! Like I’m going to get into an international slanging match on the company account!

I asked them to review it again - but you can’t seem to write anything - it’s all just ‘click this box’. Is there any other way of contacting them. I feel like banging my head...
