What one thing would you change?

Is there one thing you would change in your house if you had the money, time or partner who didn't hate your idea?
I've got a big staircase (in a tiny house, not boasting) and I would love a chandelier to cascade down. Dh says our spot lights (in when we moved in) are enough of an issue when they stop working and a chandelier would be a nightmare. So it's on the dream about pile.

Not IN the house but outside. I would love to have the outside space at the back nicely paved and a fence put up for privacy. It's on the to do list but other things keep taking priority.

Restore the hatch between kitchen and living room that was almost certainly there before some previous owner blocked it up.

Some great ideas here, there's so much I would like to change if I had the time and money!
