My GP has suggested that I try yoga to help with my migraines, as currently no medication is touching it.
Every yoga video I have watched so far; simpering voices and calming mood music, has made me want to throw things at the screen.
I appreciate yoga is meant to be soothing and calming but I can’t relax enough to anything I have watched so far because I am finding them so annoying.
Any suggestions on what I should be looking for?
Other than stronger drugs!
