How to make teen Covid birthday special

Dd will be 17 soon. She's really worried that there's going to be a nationwide lockdown over her birthday and she's stressed.

If the worst happens, I'd like to make her day special for her.

Suggestions and recommendations for things we can do in lockdown/under restrictions/without friends would be great!!

Same here for 13 year old DD. Obviously I've got her a really nice present and a lovely cake and she will have a friend here for a sleepover if allowed. But it isn't the same as a party with friends or going out somewhere special. I'm feeling like we ought to stay close to home now and that it's irresponsible to travel to places for non essential activities. Unfortunately there's not a lot where we live that would be special for her.
