What did you like about that diary, OP? Would help if we know, then can suggest alternatives. 
I'm also a fan of a paper diary and don't use my phone or laptop for that sort of thing. We have a paper wall calendar too!

I've had Paperblank diaries for many years now. I like them because they come in a wide range of sizes and formats, so you can choose week to view (horizontal or vertical options), day to view, slim, wide, etc. They have hard covers and an elastic closure which is ESSENTIAL as it gives me somewhere to store old receipts, lists, cards etc
and stops it all coming open in your bag. Some of them have magnetic closure which is smart but doesn't allow stuffing the diary full of crap.
The designs are gorgeous - the ones I love best are designed to look like really old, ornate books with decorative leatherwork, gilding etc. I get mine on Amazon.
