How are you all entertaining /keeping busy your toddlers that don't go to nursery or pre school?

We have no play groups open , swimming locally has been cancelled again except for Lane swimming, the big soft play is booked for this week and is a bit of a drive away, more local one says to just turn up and first come first serve which could be a wasted journey but might try , it's going to rain here everyday for at least the next week so we may attempt the park despite this but don't really want to do that multiple times.

I'm over all the art and craft activities that create chaos in the house after doing them all lockdown long but I suppose that's all that's left now ? Any ideas ?

Mine entertains herself for much of the day. There's always baking though. And play dough, pretend play, water play (stick her in the bathtub with some glow sticks or some cups and ladles etc. Pinterest has loads of great ideas.

Darn. Forgot to close the bracket. That rankles.

I take mine out every day, we have a small flat so doing activities at home creates too much mess here, and more effort to organise on my part. We're lucky to have quite a lot of activities open within travelling distance (London) so we've done lots of playgrounds (making up for the time they were all shut), the museums, galleries, soft play, swimming, trampolining, city farms. Quite a few toddler classes are running - Hartbeeps, several music and dance classes so we do a few of those. It's going to be wet here over the next week so I've booked tickets to several museums so we have something to do every day. All free but we need to pre-book, but availability is good during the week.
