I get up, usually get dressed (although admittedly do have the odd pyjama day- WFH), switch on the laptop and do some work, have breakfast during my first break, work, lunch, work, finish and get straight on with making dinner (no commuting time-yay!) TRY and get out to do some exercise but often make excuses not to
, have dinner and sit down and watch TV then usually a bath or shower in the evening. I feel like I’ve gained much more time due to no commuting yet I don’t feel like my overall routine has changed very much...how about everyone else?
