I noticed we might have a mouse/ vole issue we live rurally and they're common so I set some traps. Woke up to the dog going absolutely mental downstairs so I legged it down there and there is a dead mouse on the back door step (inside) and the dog is determined to eat it 🤢 both dogs dispatched outside mouse/ rodent thing dispatched to the bin.

Gave the border terrier a treat because you know they catch rats and mice it's just what they do. Other dog was given a smaller one as he's on a diet but he was the one who woke me up.

I went back to bed and noticed the downstairs camera has caught it all. I figured I'd have a look to see what happened as the trap had actually gone off and I assumed the dog had taken it from the trap (aren't dogs lovely)

But no! The 11 year old dog who has never tried to catch anything at all not even a ball in his entire life caught the mouse!
