Does anyone know what book this came from?

I was a child of the 80s and in my family we always say this when someone has a fall etc. I tried to google it today out of interest and cannot find anything on the internet.

There's a Charlie Clown book by Rod Campbell, published in 1981 - could it be that?

Could it be something to do with Charlie Chalk? He was a clown.
