Breast cancer? Help please

Hi I have just noticed something on my breast - will post pictures. It doesn't hurt, itch etc I wouldn't have even realised it was there but I have just got out the shower.
Pictures are not very good but close up looks like a burst blood vessel. Anyone had anything similar? Should I ring the gp tomorrow or keep an eye on it? Thanks in advance

I’ve had very similar marks before from an insect bite or a spot healing. Personally I would give it a day or two with some cream on it, but if it’s really worrying you, why not just get it checked out, there’s no harm in doing so.

I have an almost identical looking mark that has appeared at the side of my breast about two weeks ago that hasn't gone away and I'm wondering whether I should now be panicking
