Changing rooms and design tv shows

Out of curiosity did a any of you ever take part in changing rooms or a similar design tv show- if so did you like the room and how quickly did you redecorate?
I always wanted them to go back in the series to see!

Ahh thanks @HotChoc10ive just found the article. Has definitely helped, I stumbled across the buzz feed article today and it made me wonder. I really hope they bring it back one day!
