Assuming you're veggie: buttered greens. If you're not, throw in some crumbled chorizo!

MrsJonesAndMe · 28/09/2020 12:49

Mash?

C130 · 28/09/2020 13:12

boiled potatoes and kale.

NancyBotwinBloom · 28/09/2020 13:18

RaininSummer · 28/09/2020 13:22

Roast potatoes, greens and gravy .

OrangeGinLemonFanta · 28/09/2020 13:24

Sweet potato chips

MaverickDanger · 28/09/2020 13:25

Depends what vegetables are in the pie!

I probably wouldn’t want more potato as a side if that’s part of the filling.

I’d go tenderstem broccoli, green beans and red cabbage.

Why do you need a side to a vegetable pie? It's a meal in itself. Like chicken pie.

022828MAN · 28/09/2020 15:21

I've decided to just go for some boiled new potatoes with rosemary, as there's a lot of greens in the pie itself (no potato in though).

Why do you need a side to a vegetable pie?

Because - delicious food, of course! Grin

Mash and gravy or broccoli and gravy.

RaininSummer · 28/09/2020 20:18

To pp, I wouldn't really consider a pie all alone much of a dinner and don't know anyone who would.
