Hi MN,
I'm just back from a lovely UK coastal break and while I know I wouldn't like to live there full time, I'd definitely like more weekend and holiday escapes there. Owning a lovely house, like the one I rented, is out of the question, so I've been thinking about caravans, which are more within my reach. I haven't stayed in a caravan since I was a child and remember it feeling like an adventure. Adult Cam feels like it might be more akin to being stuck like sardines in a tin, worrying about taking off in the winter months and getting annoyed with sea gulls on the roof, although I know they've come a long way since the 80s and 90s.
I know the first thing to do would be to actually stay in a caravan for week, but seeing as that's unlikely to happen for a while and I'm ready feeling wistful, I thought I'd ask for opinions here both in staying in caravans and owning.
What are your thoughts?
