Indoor trampolines

I've been put off ever getting an outdoor trampoline thanks to stories I've heard of horrible injuries from falls. However are indoor trampolines a safer option or are they also bad? I'm thinking ahead to a winter of no soft play (they are still shut here). My kids are 6 and nearly 3 and the younger one is very active, always climbing and jumping. It would only ever be used on carpet, with a foam safety mat as well. This is the one I was looking at:

I'd be grateful for any opinions as the last thing I want is an A&E visit any time soon!

This is an excise trampoline, it will be no fun for your kids...just buy a good outdoor trampoline next spring and tech your kids how to use it safely and they’ll be fine.
