Feeling a bit meh

As the title says have been feeling meh recently, as I know most people are. What do you all do to raise your spirits?

I know this situation is hard for everyone, so not moaning as such. Just looking for some coping strategies for the winter ahead.

Feeling much the same. We aren’t even in a local lockdown (yet).

Same here, it's all very blah at the moment.

Christmas is my favourite time of year so I've gone with planning that & shopping early but know it's not everyone's cup of tea 🤷‍♀️

Reading. I used to read so much but life/smart phones got in the way. I've made an effort over the past couple of weeks to restock my kindle and am snuggling down under a blanket with a tea.

Running (well, more a truffle shuffle) to music. I used to listen to podcasts but I am finding music more uplifting and motivating.

Comfort telly with dds. We have ghosts, GBBO, all creatures great and small, strictly soon. Lovely family relaxy time.

I started couch to 5k but got an injury, will try again.

Have been for a walk in the sunshine and made a pot of soup, all reasons to smile.
