Family member has got a Nokia 2.3. They have put the SIM and SD card in, and apparently did nothing else.
It keeps coming up with "Gboard keeps stopping" and the option of App info, or close app.
Neither option helps.
Trying to do anything else on the phone, no keyboard comes up so can't connect to internet etc.
Can anyone help?
