Oh wise ones.... I've never been through an interview process that involved more than one interview. I had an interview, didn't realise there would be a second round and now I've been invited back to interview again. I have no idea how to prepare for it. Ive got my presentation ready and they'll ask me about that which is fine. But they e also said they'll ask me more about my application etc but it won't be competency based. So how can I prepare? What sort of deeper questions should I think about asking them? I asked a few strategic questions during the first round but do feel like I should have some more for this one too.
