Oral thrush

Posting here for traffic. I think my 5 year old has oral thrush, his tongue is white with red bits. Is there a treatment I will be able to get from the pharmacy or will I have to see doctor? It’s a holiday weekend and doctors are shut hence why asking on here. Thanks

Daktarin ointment. It's orange flavoured so not at all unpleasant. It should be available at the pharmacy without too much bother. I get oral thrush with my steriod inhalers and this sorts it out really quickly.

oral gel, not ointment. Make sure it's the right stuff!!!
