Good Quality Outdoor Clothing (Second Hans)

I’m thinking that we will end up spending more time outdoors this winter as usually we are at dance class every night of the week and busy with other activities however we are on a massively reduced timetable now.

Please advise me on what reputable brands I can pick up on eBay so we have sensible rain and wind proof clothes and boots. Eldest daughter is adult sized, youngest in aged 12 clothes.
