Photo consent social media help please

If the parents are separated does one parent need the consent of the other to post photos on Facebook?
Can one parent give consent to a third party to post photos on Facebook without the other parent consenting?

Where can I find law/guidance on this?

The context is the nrp objecting to photos of the child being posted by wider family,

I don’t know if there is a law on this but I’d be interested to see any guidance if there is some.

Dh has said to me he’s not happy woth me posting the dc on social media (not that I do it a lot).

As far as I understand it, consent only needs to be given by one parent. Only one of us fills in the school forms with photo consent, and when I'm running childrens clubs only one parent signs the paperwork.

I don't see why legally it would be different when the 3rd party is a family member. Although I can see why it's that bit more tense.
