7 year old bedtime?

My child is days away from turning 7

Just wondering what time your 7 year olds go to bed/sleep?

Our baseline is into bed at 7, read until 8 then lights out. Sometimes it slips by up to half an hour - but this is what we aim for

Mine will be 7 next month. We go upstairs after dinner at around 18:30/18:45ish, bath or shower, then do stories until about 19:30ish. She takes a while to get to sleep sometimes, but is usually asleep by about 20:00.

8 o'clock, sometimes a bit later like tonight he was at a club which didn't finish until 7:30 so he wasn't home until 7:45 and then had some toast and time to decompress and was in bed at 8:30.
