Which fictional leader would you want to be in charge right now?

Which fictional leader (prime minister, president, empress... Whatever!) would you like to be in control of the current situation?

I'm going for Lord Vetinari, from Terry Pratchett's Discworld. Clever, ruthless, efficient, knows the value of human life (to the penny, having trained as an Assassin) but not sentimental (again, Assassin). Doesn't have to worry about public opinion as there's only one vote for leader in Ankh Morpork, and it's his.

Plus he's got Leonardo da Vinci (ok, Leonard of Quirm) locked in a room and a whole university of wizards to call on. I reckon he'd do a pretty good job.

Who's the fictional leader of men & women you'd like to be currently living under?

Smithers from Alex Rider. But not the cannon one-there's a very good fanfiction version ( If you're interested ) who would sort it and Brexit without people even noticing anything was wrong.
