Where Do you think is the least riskiest in terms of not getting your holiday cancelled etc ?

Well, I'd probably just go through the FCO list and consider a few places I fancied, then look at their stats, and go from there. We're booked for a city break next month, for a country that's currently on the quarantine list. Thinking of swapping flights to a 'free' country, but also concerned about situation here - kids coming out of school and having to isolate for 2 weeks, autumn cold symptoms mimicking covid etc. Depressing.

Do you know if there’s a free country list ? Where you thinking of going ?

I would book very last minute and ensure you flew back on a Friday (so for a week do Friday to Friday) because they seem to mostly announce changes on Thursday starting on Saturdays

Friend just returned from Cyprus. Very hot and no quarantine issues

We were booked for 6th sept for 10 day fly drive .they cjange rules just before we were due to go, so we lost £600 in fares to easy jet. We were booked on a 8 day fly drive
Lardlizard · 24/09/2020 14:29

Bruf sorry to hear that

If you want to go very soon I’d do somewhere like Bodrum in Turkey. They’re much stricter on mask wearing than here so it feels very safe. You can also get very good deals on hotels at the moment
