Hermes. Again.

Here's a thing.

Every time I use Hermes, their website has changed.

2,weeks ago I found a diagram showing me maximum dimensions. L/W/D. Now it's 'length' plus 'circumference'.

Last time I was asked for 'special delivery advice', like 'behind plant pot/neighbour at number 10'.

Now the quote I've got to send a thing quotes 'parcel shop/locker'- which implies they're not actually going to deliver it to a house at all, doesn't it?

Why is this so difficult?!

Hermes are shite, really shite.

I have had something signed for left behind the bins while I was out, with a signature that obviously wasn’t mine. Recently ordered from HM for delivery to a local convenience store. Notified it was on way, then re-routed. Received same message the following day, then no further notification. It obviously disappeared into thin air! Luckily I received a refund.

Jeeze they are fucking shite aren't they? They have ONE JOB ffs.

My heart sinks when I see a company is using Hermes to deliver something.

I guess they are cheap.
But - as Sybil Fawlty says "The reason they're cheap is they're no bloody good"
