For 2 weeks I have been delivering a course I am not qualified to deliver. I took advise from someone who was slightly but not much more qualified, about some areas I didn't understand and now it turns out that they were wrong. A colleague (also delivering same course with no quals) and I have 50 people producing work that is missing a key piece of work based on poor guidence. I was given no training before delivery, just a bunch of slides and told to do my best.
Tomorrow, I am delivering the course I am qualified to do, however, I am reliant on others for things like room allocation and names so I currently do not know where to find the students, what their names are, or where I will be teaching.
This is of course after the morning class that may or may not take place due to a cock up with enrolments.
Anyone elses workplace this shit?
