Can you get the bbc news app? They tend to stream the live announcements on there.
No idea about anything techy though!

BBC news on Facebook usually has a live stream, if the time difference works for you.

Nobody can decide if it’s a prerecord or live, so I doubt they know whose going the government website tends to upload them after they’ve been on TV, as a last resort.
