Who can review my 4 year old for tongue tie?

I suspected DS had a tongue tie as a baby, bad feeder and slow to gain, but his newborn review said not. But I now know it's not always as obvious as you would think as wish I'd got a second opinion.

DS has a speech issue and I've never considered they might be connected until today ( listening to him tell a friend about his first day at school.) He talks like has a mouthful of water and dribbles ( so he probably does) He has been discharge by Speech & Language and no hearing probs. I am happy to do this privately, as I imagine need a specialist rather than GP's opinion.

I'm SE but can do London. Just want to know either way whether it's a tongue tie issue. How can I take him to see?

Would it come under ENT ? Or should I go back to the Speech therapists or neither ?

My DD had a very bad tongue tie, however it was our health regions policy to do nothing about it at the time. Breastfeeding was horrendous, but I persevered as I didn’t know any different. By the time she was 5/6 it was still very pronounced, she couldn’t lick sugar from a doughnut off her lips. Went back to health visitor and really pushed For it to be snipped. It required a lot of pushing but the refered us and it was snipped under local. Best thing that ever happened. I would make lots of noise and not take no for an answer. Health visitor first, but gp, dentist, everyone who might be able to help. Really, it’s revolutionised DDs life (she is 14 now)

Ring some private hospitals and ask who to see. The receptionists will know.
I'm surprised the speech and language specialist didn't notice it?
Can you see it when he opens mouth and touches tongue to top of mouth?
