Where to look for jobs if my CV is fairly niche?

I've had enough of my job. I like the company but the lack of transparency is dragging me down. I really don't know what type of roles to look for or where to look for them (apart from LinkedIn).

I've been in content moderation for most of my professional career. I climbed the ladder in a big .com and became a BPO manager with some Project and Product management experience. It was all very data driven/based.

I'm now stuck in the west country and I believe my skillset is not being used in the slightest. I'm grateful to have a job but they pay me peanuts. So it needs to be a fully remote job that won't expect me to commute at all or maybe once a month at most. Any ideas? I've sent my CV to some head hunting companies but I'm not sure what else to do.
