My son is almost five months old and is ebf.
I would like to stop once he is 6 months old but how do I actually stop?
Also, how long should I expect it to take for him to be fully weaned off breastfeeds?
I'm wondering if I should start introducing a bottle of formula sooner rather than later. (He has taken bottles of expressed milk with no problems.)
