First time pregnant

I’ve recently found out I’m pregnant 3+weeks and been having cramps most days with the occasional back ache. Is the normal or is it something I should be worried about as this is my first time.

I remember experiencing this. Lots of changes going on in that uterus. It will settle.

Thank you, think it is just me stressing as before I found out I was drinking the weekend before and went in a hot tub which would make me feel guilty if something did happen!
