How long does a landlord inspection take?

Hi. I'm waiting for my landlord to turn up for an inspection. How long do they usually take?

He was due half an hour ago but no sign yet.

I was hoping it would only take half an hour or so. I need a shower because I'm going out at 4.30.

How long would you leave it before deciding he wasn't coming?

How long does an inspection take, I mean. I havent had one before. Thanks

He's 35 mins late and no word.

Well, nearly an hour late, no word and I can't wait around any longer!

Mine only ever take 5minutes unless there are issues to discuss

Haha, ok, well thanks. He was due an hour and 35 mins ago and didnt turn up and didn't message. My boyfriend has just arrived so too late now and I'm going out.

Mine took five minutes. After a few years she stopped doing them all together. She was a really good landlord though.
