Blood sugar levels

So I have been asked to monitor my blood sugar levels for a week as at my 32 week growth scan little ones tummy was measuring in the 95th percentile. I had my gtt done at 28 weeks and passed.
My fasting readings have been around 4.8/4.9 for the past two days. Both days I have had breakfast of eggs, vegetables, ham or bacon and my 1 hour after breakfast readings have been in the 4.1-4.9 range. Should I be worried about these readings or are they ok? My readings later in the day go up to between 5.1 and 6.3 as I allow myself to have slightly more carbs then.
I know I’m meant to be under 7.8 but is in the 4 range or having the readings the same as fasting levels something to worry about?

4 is perfect. That’s like someone without any blood sugar issues.
