Long story short. Been renting a property for two years. It is a fully maintained property. Over the last two years we have had a leak in the bathroom and have repeatedly told letting agents who sent a plumber who every time just repairs it for now and goes back and tells landlady she needs to replace the bathroom as it’s been leaking for years before we moved in.
More recently it started leaking again. The agents sent a plumber who did the same as all the other plumbers.
Now the leak has caused the Lino to lift off the floor and rot the wood in the bathroom. This started apparently before we moved in but was only minor. Letting agents were aware as we kept telling them.
Now when we tread on the floor the Lino squelches as there is also a leak that we can’t see as it’s going under Lino.
Letting agents sent someone to look at it and the bathroom will need to be replaced. It will leave us 3-4 days of not bathroom / toilet etc with two small children.

What on earth can we do? No family locally and can’t afford hotel.

Should the landlady help us out as we are still paying full rent?!
Don’t know where I stand!
