2 year out of date prosecco

I didn't even know prosecco had a date on it or could become dangerous to drink.

Apart from meat and fish, most things taste bad long before there's any chance of food poisoning.

I know I had already drank quite a bit before I noticed on bottle and posted to ask.

I'm sure it's fine.
I'm just puzzled about the out -of-date thing. Who keeps wine that long? We struggle to keep it a week.

Who keeps Prosecco for 2 YEARS without drinking it? Happy find in the back of the cupboard op? Enjoy

It was won in a tombola last Christmas so was probably out of date when we got it tbf.
