Grin

I know there is one in the photos, but not on the floor plan.

Slow day here, it amused me. Grin

It clearly says shower room AKA bathroom

golightlytoday · 19/09/2020 17:37

It's called the shower room as looks like a wet room rather than a bathroom

Flynn999 · 19/09/2020 17:38

It says shower room on the floor plan 🤷‍♀️

Saisong · 19/09/2020 17:38

But it is on the floor plan as 'shower room' which is accurate?

FinallyFluid · 19/09/2020 17:40

Ok shoot me now.

I read that as bedroom.

Move along nothing to see.....

Ha ha ha this made me laugh 😂

ZaZathecat · 19/09/2020 17:52

Do people still have toilets? I have an app for that.

Or a crap for that. Grin

Well technically you're correct, there isn't a bathroom. Smile

Mrsfrumble · 19/09/2020 17:58

I’m more concerned by the lack of stairs in the floor plan. How do you get from floor to floor? Levitate?

Smallsteps88 · 19/09/2020 18:00

I recently saw a 2 bedroom cottage listed but the floor plan had no bedrooms on it. It had 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom!

FinallyFluid · 19/09/2020 18:01

Maybe there is an outside ladder a la all the best New York in the 50's apartments.

(Yes,... I watched Breakfast at Tifffany's recently) Grin

I'm concerned by next door's creeping stone cladding. Is that like ivy? Will it eventually grow over the front of the whole house?

Mamette · 19/09/2020 18:05

I thought it had no front door at first.

I can’t say in know the area, but it seems like a bargain. It’s very “before” from Homes under the Hammer.

caughtalightsneeze · 19/09/2020 18:05

Hang on. Looked at the floor plan again and it says the entrance isn't at the front. I thought that was a black front door. Is that an alley? Certainly makes more sense with the cladding of that's the case...

Smallsteps88 · 19/09/2020 18:08

I'm concerned by next door's creeping stone cladding

Good point! Why is it like that?

crystaltips98 · 19/09/2020 18:11

Took me ages to work out the front/side door arrangement. Wierd house

clary · 19/09/2020 18:14

Yes I was concerned that there were no stairs...

The stone cladding is bc that bit belongs to next door. There is a shared (probably) passageway which leads to the for-sale house's front (side) door.

TastelessBracelets · 19/09/2020 18:21

When I was house hunting in 1998, I did look at a house without a bathroom. It was a 2 up 2 down terrace with an outside toilet in the yard (that was it) and no central heating or hot water. The old guy that had lived there washed up in kettle water in the kitchen sink.

PurBal · 19/09/2020 18:27

OP I think you deserve to put your feet up and grab a drink!

EasilyDeleted · 19/09/2020 18:35

It's got flying freeholds by the looks of it. The cladded house has an upstairs room over the front of the passage, the for sale house has one over the back half.

killerofmen · 19/09/2020 18:44

Is it weird that I actually like that kitchen?

MintyMabel · 19/09/2020 18:55

It clearly says shower room AKA bathroom

A shower room is not a bathroom. A bathroom has a bath in it. I wouldn’t buy a house without a bathroom.
