What is this rash on dd’s arm?

I’m obviously going to give our GP a ring on Monday but I’m puzzled. She’s had chicken pox so it’s not that and she’s not unwell at all.

I should add she’s got it on both arms and she’s also got tiny little bumps all over her arms too but they don’t show up in the photo.

Yes I’ve tried a antihistamine over the past few days.
