For video calls? I'm thinking of getting one for me dad and me so we can do calls.

He lives in Ireland and neither of us wants to fly at the moment, in case fecking lockdown happens again and we inadvertently end up living g together 🤣. So, we're missing each other and the dcs especially are missing him and he them!

Would you recommend it if you have one or a similar one?

Can you just use MS teams or FaceTime?

Can't you just do video calls on a laptop/Pc/tablet/smartphone?

Oh yes, we can use facetime, but this is supposed to make it so that you can see the whole room and everyone in it. It also minimises background noise allegedly. But they are pricey, so don't want to buy unless they're worth it.
