Looking for comfort/advice

Hi, I've just found out I'm pregnant, about 2-3 weeks according to the test. YAY! But this also comes with some fear for me, late last year we went through the loss of a pregnancy and so this time round I'm very frightened that it may happen again I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here maybe some success stories from someone who's been through something similar, what to be careful of etc, TIA

I had several miscarriages and went on to have two more children afterwards.

Oh and I think it's worth only getting advice from medical professionals IRL about what to look out for because then you know who and where the advice is coming from.
