DSis on drugs - help needed!

Have just found out my Dsis has been taking cocaine very frequently (5-6 times a month, £500 monthly habit). I had no idea and am a bit all at sea. I know she's got a pretty shitty relationship but I'd no idea things were so bad with her. She's told me she wants to stop. Does anyone on I have any idea how I can help?

it's good that she wants to get ahold of it now, would she go to rehab or some kind of alcoholics anonymous type thing (but for drugs obviously)
will she be able to separate herself from friends and acquaintances that might be involved in the same 'scene'?

I'd love to say she would do any of these things but she sees it as something "people her age do" (she's 30) and although she says she has a problem, it isn't bad enough for her to stop, if that makes sense!
