Scamming email. What risk is there?

Posting for traffic.
I am with Plusnet who use the EE network. My bank debit card has run out so I know some payments linked to this card and I need to renew the details.

I never normally click on links in emails, but this totally threw me as I was expecting several emails letting me know the card had run out.

So I got this email from 'EE' saying just this and stupidly, clicked on the link. I put in my plusnet password (one I commonly use (I know!)), my name, address, mobile number, and birth date. That when I started to get suspicious and went back to the email and saw one of those weird email addresses and addressed me by my email address.

I closed the Safari web page and deleted the email, but am worried now.

I didn't 'send' anything from the web page, but would the information on the web page be accessed by the scammers?
