I got a pop up cat card for DD1's birthday from Cardology on Etsy. It was a tenner, but brilliant.

There’s a site called Pop Robin cards. I haven’t used it myself but they look very nice.

Also Lovepop cards UK has just appeared on my fb feed. I think the one in your photo might be from there.

Yes, it came up on my feed but it's an American site.
