Self isolating child and separated parents

So I’ve just picked DD up, a child in her class is positive so she has to self isolate. During lockdown separated parents were allowed to share child care. Does anyone know what the rules are when she is self isolating? Is she still allowed to go to her dad’s as long as she doesn’t go out or does she need to stay here? She’s very upset at the prospect of not seeing her dad and he wants to take her but I’m reluctant to let her go. She’s 7 so would need a parent with her all the time

I'm in the same position except not self isolating. My theory is thar ds would have had enough contact with both parents that they would both be affected per se so it shouldn't be an issue going to see both parents as long as you don't use public transport
