They have lived with the same villagers and neighbours and local gossip all their lives and have recently decided they won't live out their days there and that they want an adventure. Which is amazing, but they're not sure where they want to go.
They are both in their 60s, doing well, both retired. They have a campervan and dogs. Both have creative hobbies outside the home and my dad has to have a garden. They want the sea, or a view of the sea, and places to explore, and peace and quiet, but also people 
Currently they live in the South West, have a nice house to sell but it won't fetch megabucks.
We're in the SE and coming near us I don't think will be an option sadly due to house prices.
They're considering Wales or anywhere where they can get a nice place with a garden and room for chickens and dogs near the sea. My siblings and I are all over the country and they have nothing tying them to their village since the last of our grandparents died.
Their plan sounds lovely - but where is this place? Also, where is it not? Worried they'll end up in a seaside town with a gang problem if they're not canny!
