Last night DH and I sat in the garden with a glass of wine and seriously contemplated moving to Wales, I would like to go home to Dublin but a) he is reliant on the NHS for support for his cochlear implant, b) not sure we can afford it anymore, c) because he is not an Irish citizen he would have to prove an annual income of £50,000 (euro) and whilst we won't be broke in retirement it wont be £50k.
Anyhoo, I have just been home and I am feeling very far away and would like to move to Wales and be within striking distance of either ferry ports, so I could head home on day trips (amongst other trips) to see my family.
Retirement for him and me by default just around the (24 month) corner, so whilst it might be homesickness talking equally it could be a mad idea that takes a hold.
Which is a long way of asking if anyone can remember it, and bump it.
Thank you.
