Startrite vs Clarks Shoes

Back when DC1 and DC2 were little, Clarks and Startrite had different shoe sizing. Is this still the case?

I have a Clarks measuring gague but not a Startrite one and getting to a shoe shop is an expedition (6 hour round trip) so I'd rather convert sizing and order from home if possible. Typically, the shoes that seem best suited to DC3 are Startrite.😂

Thanks.

Clark’s are smaller. So 4.5 Clark’s would be 4 startrite

Yep they’re still different. The startrite website tells you the measurements for each size, which you can get from the Clark’s gauge, so you should be fine.

There is a how to guide on the start rite website that you can do with a tape measure
