I'm feeling very deflated tonight

Two of three p/t jobs had planned to let me go.

First one was more hours; I found out third hand & it was denied & made out to be "the rumour mill working overtime" until they actually told me. (It wasn't the rumour mill).

Second time I've just had a phone call off the person I was working with to tell me that X person has messaged to say she's in with her in the morning instead of me. No-one's even bothered to let me know.

That’s so upsetting. I can see why you feel that way. And so utterly rude not to tell you. What would they have done if your workmate hadn’t messaged you and you had turned up?

I'm so pissed off by the whole thing. & tempted to just give up on the third one (I won't - it'd drop my colleagues/friends in the shit & wouldn't be fair on them).

I've downloaded two application forms to start filling in tomorrow. Doubt I'll even get an interview but it's worth a shot.
