Covid & Lockdowns negative effect on friendships

I am in an area of added restrictions at the moment, we barly came out of lockdown before going back into it. Lockdown started with lots of zoom chats and messages but less so now.

A good friend of mine for 15 years has pretty much stopped contacting me now, I made the first move a few times but don't want to keep contacting them if they can't be arsed with me. I guess my door is still open if they want to contact me in future but I don't want to be hanging on with bloody fingernails if they are trying to discreetly phase me out!

Anyone else feel like friendship are being streamlined due to covid?

Yes, just before the start of lockdown my best friend and I were supposed to meet up. Then lockdown happened and we didn't get to see each other but she suggested a video call to catch up over coffee. Fine, I was looking forward to it.

She then caught Covid soon after that. We didn't have our catch up over video call. She was very sick and still struggles even now. We still haven't done the video call or anything. I am happy to go at her pace but when I mentioned meeting up recently she didn't even acknowledge it. I know that she had a video coffee catch up with someone else and I feel like our friendship isn't what it was.
