A slightly niche market me thinks - quite nice but can you imagine the NOISE! And the bedrooms are rather small. Remove the skate park bit and it would be a decent sized house... Amazing Interiors? No, weird though.

I absolutely love that house, obvs minus the skate park, decent price too isn't it? Not that I know the area?

Oh, the potential....

Obvs not a skate bowl, but it's a lovely property otherwise and the things you could with that space if you removed all the bowl farming etc.

That's a lovely house, quite niche, I'd love to to know if the new owners will keep the skate bowl or not.

My son would kill for a house like that!
