Membrane sweep, induction,

Hi guys.
Had a sweep done this morning. My second baby so 1cm dilated which is apparently quite normal. My cervix is high and hard still (gutted) booked for induction Monday hoping baby would make an appearance before then. Anyone else been in the same situation i.e had a sweep done whilst still having high and hard cervix how long after did you go into labour etc if you did and what were your experiences ? ☺️

Hey, sort of bumping for you but also managing expectations... know a few people who’ve had sweeps including myself and all have gone on to have inductions later.

Yeah I had two with my first born and none worked 🙈🤣 however had so many symptoms of pre labour this time round. Sometimes nice to hear other people's experiences even though we all know deep down it will never be the same. Nice to feel hopeful as well though 🤞🏼😬 X
